[Nile Post] Students of the Hotel and Tourism Training College (HTTC) who excelled in the recently concluded Ladha Za Afrika Culinary Competitions in Nairobi, Kenya, have been officially recognised by the Minister for Tourism, Wildlife and Antiquities, Col (Rtd) Tom Butime.
